Mark has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. As the Founder and CEO of Headcount Management, Mark is responsible for ensuring staffing and recruiting firms can easily transition a candidate to a contract employee. Mark is responsible for strategic sales and marketing leadership, overall business development, financial oversight, and national expansion of the company. Prior to opening Headcount, Mark was Founder and President of Conduit Recruiting Inc., a successful permanent and contract legal recruiting business. As a former recruiter, Mark is well versed in the staffing industry and understands what staffing firms need to survive in today’s fast paced environment. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Jim has been creating successful financial business strategies for sole proprietors, partnerships, and private and public corporations for more than 25 years. As CFO and member of the executive management team, Jim provides critical strategic direction with key responsibilities involving Strategic Planning, Treasury and Operations/Computer Information Systems. Jim began his career with the firms of Deloitte & Touche and Harcourt General where he served clients and held executive management positions with companies operating in a wide variety of industries. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
