How do you manage your contract employees while they are on a project, especially if they are not sending their timesheets to you each week?
We have the answer - through activity reports that can be viewed on-line at anytime. Reports will be updated weekly, but can be viewed by you at anytime you are interested in checking on your contractor's hours, your profits or outstanding invoices.
Here is a sampling of the reports that you can expect to view in the Client Center of our website:
- Weekly Activity Report - Offers recruiters the ability to view the hours worked, dollars associated and profits earned from all contractors on client assignments for a specific week. This report can be viewed for all contractors placed by your recruiting firm or can be broken down by individual recruiter. View Sample Report
- Weekly Aging Report - Shows recruiters the invoices, which remain outstanding both within and over the net 30-day terms of the invoice. This report includes collection notes on any invoices outstanding for longer than 30 days. View Sample Report
- Recruiter Profit Summary - Details recruiter profits that were paid when contractor time was billed and those profits that were paid when payment was received. View Sample Report
