Headcount also manages all HR functions and offers supplemental health benefits.
In every assignment, personnel, length of assignment and pay scale are defined by the staffing agency or recruiter. Headcount provides a dedicated team to work with these temporary and contract employees to ensure each has a support structure (diagram) that includes your firm and the Client Company.
