REPORTING
How do you manage your contract employees while they are on a project, especially if they are not sending their timesheets to you each week?
We have the answer - through activity reports that can be viewed on-line at anytime. Reports will be updated weekly, but can be viewed by you at anytime you are interested in checking on your contractor's hours, your project cost estimates and your company's outstanding invoices.
Here is a sampling of the reports that you can expect to view in the Client Center of our website:
- Weekly Activity Report - Offers you the ability to view the hours worked and dollars associated from all contractors on assignment at your company for a specific week. This report can be viewed for all contractors currently working at your company or can be broken down separately for each project. View Sample Report
- Weekly Aging Report - Shows the invoices, which remain outstanding both within and over the net 30-day terms of the invoice. This report includes collection activity on any invoices outstanding for longer than 30 days. View Sample Report
- Project Cost Summary - Details project costs that have accrued and been paid since the beginning of the project. If we know your project budget, we can provide you with estimates on whether your current costs remain above, below or on target with your projected budget.
- Customized Reporting - Headcount Management has the ability to work with you at the inception of a project to create customized reports that fit the needs of your company. This can be done upon request.
